Refund & cancellation policy

Product: EYNTK memecoin+ is a one-time purchase of a downloadable 72-page educational PDF for £13.99 (GBP). No physical product or subscription is supplied.

Before you download

UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance purchases of digital content. Where we supply the PDF during this period, we will ask for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgment that you lose the statutory cancellation right once digital supply begins. This will also need to be confirmed in a durable order confirmation.

If you do not consent

Do not place an instant-download order unless you want supply to begin immediately. Contact us before paying if you need clarification.

Faults and remedies

Your statutory rights still apply where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails the standards required by law. We do not exclude those rights. Contact us if your PDF does not download, is corrupted or is materially different from its description.

How to request help or cancel where eligible

Write to eyntkplus@gmail.com with the purchase email and transaction date, explaining what happened. We will assess your request against applicable UK consumer law. This policy is not a blanket “no refunds” rule.
